Value Continuum is a team activity that helps explore individuals’ mindsets, preferences, and perceptions. Participants are presented with seemingly contradictory statements and are encouraged to react instinctively without overthinking them. After players reflect on their own ways of thinking, the game consolidates the whole group's contributions, thereby promoting open conversations on diversity, empathy and interpersonal interactions.

The objective of the activity is simple yet effective. It creates a safe and fun environment for team members to reflect on how divergent points of view could either be a source of friction or strength in the team. By promoting open conversations on how to work with people with different viewpoints and values, this game lays the foundation for understanding and empathy.

WHERE ARE YOU ON THE CONTINUUM?

What is more like you - People Centric or Task orientation? Introvert or Extrovert? There are no right answers but many interesting conversations. While the middle ground is a neutral point and middle ground for diverse points of view, go with your first instinct and pick what rings true to you.

The activity also allows the facilitator to create their own statement pairs. Through this exercise, participants internalize how differences in choices, preferences, and attitudes shape their decisions and actions.

You will receive a welcome email from "blueskylearning.in" with your dashboard credentials. They will also offer to set up a game demo or platform walk-through at a convenient time. While the demo is not required, it will help facilitators understand the game experience and the dashboard usage.
