Practice giving and receiving feedback.
The Feedback Game consists of 140 four-color playing cards, divided into two groups:
- Strengths: These cards contain positive human qualities such as: helpful, honest, enterprising, creative or responsible.
- Weaknesses: These cards contain what might be called 'distorted' qualities or weaknesses such as: arrogant, inhibited, inflexible, hesitant.
Through a process of swapping cards, colleagues practice giving and receiving feedback in a safe environment, and find out how others perceive their strengths and weaknesses.
Includes facilitation notes for three different games.
Each card is laminated, approx. 4" x 2.5"
