See who's learning what… and who's not getting it with Quick Response Whiteboards!
Encourage participation by having participants write an answer on their Quick Response Whiteboard. They are a huge hit with students and educators, as EVERY individual gets to write an answer, cast a vote, ask questions, and offer opinions, not just the fastest ones to raise a hand or shout it out.
These super-sturdy dry-erase, TWO-sided whiteboards (5.9" x 7.75") are great for:
- Conducting icebreaker activities
- Casting votes
- Answering questions
- Rating or ranking items

** TIPS **
By calling on the first person to answer, everyone else in the room stops thinking on their own. The beauty of Answer Boards is that they allow every person to think and write an answer. Consider these tips to maximize use of your Quick Answer Boards:
- Give people ample time to think of answers, and write them down.
- Consider “Stand-pair-share” to get people moving and engaged in a meeting or learning event.
- Use Whiteboards for ice-breakers and energizers. Ask each person to jot down a goal, concern, or favorite quote. Or, for instance, ask people to write where they're from, then find the person who lives closest/farthest from them.
- Live and remote learners can all use Answer Boards
- Whiteboards are also fun for voting or entertaining kids on long car rides.

We loved the fact that everyone in class participated when we used the boards. It got the shy, quiet participants involved. The groups had fun with the boards and it was an easy and cost efficient way to capture individual responses. The boards are hard to keep clean. The erasers don't really work to get them clean. Just like the big white boards in many offices and training rooms. They are also a little difficult to travel with.
We used this piece at a staff meeting. The project was getting to know your neighbor (another teacher). The teachers asked others questions about them personally, at the meeting staff wrote their answers down on the boards and flashed them - the person who knew the most about their assigned person won a prize - they all love the boards and the game. Lots of laughter and bonding with others
We used these boards for a Spelling Bee we were having. Our students (all high school aged) had a lot of fun using them and they worked well for the Spelling Bee. The only con I have is that some of them didn't erase very well, especially the ones that used dark markers. A quick clean with some dry erase board cleaner did the trick though!
My team was wishing for something like this and then saw it in your catalogue. Works for so many different activities.
We use the slinky as a table toy and it is esy to use, tends not to be disruptive and participants can listen and play at the same time.
