I don't often shop Trainers Warehouse, but when I do its good to know they always have what I need when I need it.

Service was good but the product I purchased was ridiculously over priced. The quality of the product did not match the price.

I learned about Trainers Warehouse through my engagement with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) professional community.

In the final days of preparation ahead of my DISC team building in-person session, I learned about this product and the strategic and thoughtful Thumball activities that I could lead. The team really enjoyed these activities, so thank you! I received my rush order on Wednesday, so thankfully, it was in time for my session on Thursday!

For this DISC Team building session, I was leading a intimate group of 4 people. I used Thumball for 2 activities:

For the first activity, I gave these instructions:
•Person #1 (Person holding the ball): Looks at where their thumb is placed. Shares the quality and description on the ball.
•Person #2 (to the right): Gives an example of what that quality might look like at work.
•Person #3 (next person): Identifies with which style type this quality might be associated (Drive, Influence, Support, Clarity).
•Person #4 (final person): Identifies a colleague/teammate (or famous person) who is strong in this style.
•Bonus: If someone else is strong in this style, speak up, so others know about another one of your gifts!

For the 2nd activity (Style Pairs), after each person caught the ball and shared the qualities (under each thumb), they answered both questions:
•How might those characteristics balance or complement each other?
•What challenges might arise when these two qualities merge?

The team felt that the session was pretty impactful. I included a number of other activities beyond the basic instructional content for their understanding and even with their requested 3 hour session - they were very attentive and appreciative of the content in connecting their team.

The Thumball was a critical addition - the movement and activity broke up the monotony of conversing and sitting around a table with a presentation.

In total I paid €125 including postage for a ziplock bag with cards. Not a very professional look…. Even the $49 is way too expensive for 10 card with and X and 10 cards with an O written on them.

Excellent product and fast delivery

Nice people when I called in, products are well made and enjoyable stress relievers.

Works pretty good. Used it at a training topic event last Thursday. I dont think it will last long as it had (threads separating reason for three stars)and had to return first one prematurely. Got workers involved in topics of discussion.
**Update** I think Trainers Warehouse is a top notch organization that really cares about "the customer" Not only did they send me another training aid, but in the process, took care of me as well.

We used the buzzers at the World Final of the Kids lit Quiz and they worked brilliantly separating teams who seemed to push simultaneously. Good visuals for the audience to follow

I received the Beady Squeeze Ball For Stress Relief - 2.5 Inch but found that the product was not normal as shown in the uploaded picture. We have contacted your CS team regarding this issue, but we have not received an any answer.
Please check so that I can get it back as a normal product.

Trainers Warehouse is such a great resources for me. The Show & Share is so helpful in determining what to add to my training assets. When I purchased the buzzer sets I thought they would be fun. They are, but usually one person dominated the experience and learners were not impressed. THANK FULLY, I signed up for the Show and Share on using the buzzers. It changed everything, just by knowing how to set the game rules so that everyone has an opportunity to play.
