Icebreaker Thumball

I ordered 2 of the "Icebreaker Thumballs". I wanted to get 2 different varieties but my leadership wanted to see a list of the questions and the Trainers Warehouse customer service couldn't provide that. This is why we ended up ordering 2 of the same ball. One of the balls had torn stitching upon arrival with a little fluff coming out and I did not have time to send it back for a new one. I will try to fix it with glue before we use it next but it's not ideal. Otherwise great icebreaker tool.

This works FABULOUSLY WELL for both students and adults!!!

The Icebreaker thumball is an excellent way to start off a new group of trainees. It offers an immediate way to get aquainted with one another, especially for introverts, that eases the stress of being with a group of strangers. Removing this stress makes it easier to focus on the classroom presentation.

I plan to use the product with students during the first 5 days of school to help everyone get to know each other and ease the tension of being afraid to read and speak out in class.

We use this as an ice breaker for our new employee orientation classes. It's a great way to break up the awkward silence that accompanies the new classes. Highly recommended it to trainers.

We loved playing with the Icebreaker Thumball. It was fun and very motivational. I used it in teacher in-service because we had 3 new faculty members. We had fun, it allowed us a chance to get up out of our seats and PLAY!!! We learned a lot about each other we had never known. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks for creating this item!!

Congruent with its name, this thumball provides an excellent icebreaker activity! Although it looks like a soccer ball, it is not inflated... rather it is filled with soft stuffing... you don't have to worry about it bouncing around or [really] hurting anyone!

I use this ball to start our new employee orienations and other trainings. It has been a great way to get people laughing and to know one another better. It is fun to hear some of the responses. Especially from our Executives! I would highly recommend this to spice up any training session!

We do so many team sessions and meetings, I was getting bored with the same old icebreaker exercises. I like how this combined the physical with the cerebral. Good fun and high energy!

I used it for Summer Orientation. Students were not talking to each other. This was my first ice breaker, and it made the students interact and the following ice breakers did feel like pulling teeth.

They were great; we got everyone engaged. Great for right after lunch - nobody went to sleep on us!

Thumballs are fantastic to get participants out of their shyness and comfortable with sharing and being active during the remainder of the training/meeting.

I was skeptical about using the thumball in any capacity. Used it for an Executive Management meeting which lightened the mood throughout the entire meeting.

I have been using these balls for the past 10 years, in corporate training and facilitated workshops - for all levels in the organization--with great success. I use them for introductions/ice breakers and for consolidation of knowledge. I never conduct any of my workshops without one of these balls.

It was a great icebreaker! It really got my group interacting with each other, and made it easier for each participant to feel comfortable speaking in front of a group.

Good price and a well made easy to usse product. We use it as an icebreaker/get to know you in Orientation. It works well but some of the questions are a little boring.
