And the winner is...

Reward your best "performers" with these elegant statuettes to make them feel like stars.

Oscar's Cousin Trophy  is a great gift to recognize "Most Dramatic Turnaround" in customer satisfaction, "Outstanding Performance" by a supporting team player, or just about any "Distinguished Achievement" award.

You'll have recipients weeping (and laughing) in the aisles when they come up to accept their award.

6.75" high (10.5 oz.) from top to bottom of base.

Marble base is 2" x 3" x .75"

The BEST way to reward accomplishment!

Posted by Gina on Mar 22nd 2010

After delivering their very first speech, I awarded each participant in my Public Speaking 101 class with an Oscar for something exceptional they had done during delivery of their speech. They were so thrilled, they each - without prompting - turned to the audience and gave a brief acceptance speech! Now each participant can proudly display their Oscar on their desk, which generates conversation and promotes the class to future participants.
